1. Your site can be any "PG" theme such as Anime, Neopets, Subeta, or even a Personal Blog. By "PG" this means that your site has little to no inappropriate languauge (cuss words in particular) and appropriate content (no inappropriate pictures or articles).
2. Your site must follow all copyright laws and have no stolen content in any form whatsoever. Everything on your site must be your own work or given proper credit to any site which resources you have used (brushes, patterns, textures, etc.).
3. You must have an 88x31 or 88x15 button that we can use to link your site back with. Animated buttons are preferred as they are more noticeable, but they can be non-animated if you prefer.
4. Our site's button must be placed under Pending when we visit your site. So it is a good idea to add our button before submitting this form.
