By using anything on Clarose, you're agreeing to the Terms of Use below. These are the rules that you must follow when using anything from our site. If you break any of these rules, you are breaking the Copyright Laws of the Internet which is a reportable offense. Not only will you be reported, but you will also be added to our Wall of Shame. So make sure you're following all of these rules. If you're unsure about any of these rules, please contact us.

You may not copy or steal (use without permission) anything on our site. Graphics are for public use and can be used by anyone as long as the credit remains intact.

Using anything (except Graphics) and giving credit will still be considered stealing. We have every right to copyright our content.

Our layout is for our site only. You are not allowed to use any part of it on your site. This is considered stealing and will be reported.

Spamming will never be tolerated. This means that you cannot post random letters that don't make any message at all. Spamming will result in having your IP address blocked from posting comments on Clarose.

Posting the same message over and over again will only be considered spamming if you are doing so on purpose. If you have accidently posted the same message twice, please don't post another one apologizing for the incident. We'll delete it as soon as we can.

Please keep your comments site related and on topic of the post you are commenting on. The comments are not meant to be used for chatting about just anything. Please e-mail or IM your friends if you wish to do this.

Treat everyone with respect when you are commenting. This means that you refrain from inappropriate language (cussing) and that you do not post anything offensive. Constructive Criticism is appreciated, but please do this responsibly. You are not to make fun of anyone for anything and doing so will result in your IP address banned from posting comments.

Using any of our Graphics and claiming them as your own is strictly prohibited. This is stealing our copyrighted artwork and is not allowed in any way, shape, or form.

Anything that does not have a visible credit on it needs to be linked back using one of our buttons.

It is unnecessary for Graphics that already have credit to be linked back. However, you may choose to link us back if you'd like, but you're not required to.

Under no circumstances, are you allowed to redistribute any of our Resources. This means that you cannot put them up for use on your own website.

A link back to Clarose is required when you use our Resources. A link back to us on your Credits page would be ideal. Just make sure you give us credit for our work.

If you have made something from one of our Tutorials, you don't have to link back unless you would like to.

Credit must be given for use of our Templates or Resources. A simple link back on your Credits page would be appropriate.
